Approx 8 months ago I took my oriental rug in to be cleaned. I contacted them as often as not to be a nuisance. Eventually, a couple of weeks ago, they delivered my rug, and in spite of waiting so long, I still paid him by bank transfer, the full amount. I opened the rug today and found that it wS still as dirty as when I took it to them !! I tried phoning, but as usual the main person wasn't in and "he" will contact me on Thursday?? I've heard that story everytome I inquired about my rug. I can't believe that this service survives in Sevenoaks!
